My family and I will enjoy watching this!
While I am delighted to have won, I would have been even more delighted to have received the DVD or an email explaining the delay in sending it, or a response to my emails inquiring about it.
I hope there isn't a crisis in your household, but I would have thought you'd post something on your blog if there were.
